Monday Mentions 11-9-09

Hey y'all!! I hope you had a wonderful week!

Sorry, I was out of commission last week, but I was away at 6th grade camp with My Girl. More on that later.

I have one and only one mention today. Strong Mothers. That's it, the only one.

Saturday, I spent some time with my high school friend, Jennifer, and her friend, Lisa, who have started the site. We were joined by their friend, JoVanka, and my other high school friend, Joy. The five of us talked about what they would like to do with the site. I can't wait to see how it all works out.

What is the site all about? It's a place for women to join in and find lots of encouragement and stories about being moms, things we learned from our moms and even for those who don't have kids, but may have had some really great moms and those who influence kids.
